After she attended SUNY StonyBrook for her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry, she obtained her DVM from the University of Minnesota in 2013. Ashley, LVT

Ashley is originally from Central NY but made her way to the Adirondacks back in 2018 with her partner. They both decided they just couldn’t leave this beautiful area!

She obtained her degree in veterinary technology from Penn Foster in 2021, as well as passed the VTNE to receive her license to practice. Her experience in animal care spans various areas, such as shelter medicine, wildlife, and both general practice of small and large animals. She takes pride in doing her best to make your best friends’ visit to the office as comfortable as possible. She would love for them to be just as excited to see her as she is them!

Outside of work her hobbies include immersing in the outdoors through various activities, photography, or simply cozied up with a good book. Her own crew consists of two exuberant dogs, (Maeve a Saluki and Saeris a husky), two cats (Baloo and Bagheera) and the smallest gentleman, Enzo, a leopard gecko.

Olivia, Reception/Operations

Olivia was born and raised in Plattsburgh, NY.
She graduated from Cornell University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, and has been helping animals ever since. She loves not only helping to facilitate a positive and uplifting workplace culture, but getting to form long-lasting and amazing relationships with many pets and their families. When she’s not at work, she’s usually at the mercy of her two spoiled cats (Mewcifer and Meeko) or her goofball Golden Shepherd (Moose), listening to music, or creating new pet gear for her own small business (Anxiously Handmade)!
